Second Saturday morning of each month at 9:00 a.m. unless there is a major holiday that weekend. We are associated with the Men's Network, a ministry of Lutheran Hour Ministries.

Currently we are going through the Interactive Bible Study entitled "Who Am I? What Am I Doing Here?" by Dr. Joel D. Biermann of Concordia Theological Seminary, St. Louis, MO.  Every man will eventually confront the questions, "Who am I? What am I doing here? Using what God has revealed, this study will provide honest and straightforward answers to these twin questions. God does not leave us desolate, wondering who we are. He does not condemn us to grope in the dark, seeking meaning in life. Man is not left to determine his own truth or to stumble through his days without direction. The six segments of this study explore what God has revealed about life's biggest questions and will shed light on the difference that knowing the answers makes for the way a man lives in the routine of life.

Enroll today in the Word Among Us Bible Study! This is a comprehensive, 2 year, cover-to-cover study of the Bible. If you have never seriously studied the Bible before, this course is a must! Classes will be held at the Faithful Savior Church, 11100 N.E. Skidmore St., Portland, OR each Wednesday evening 6:30 to 8:00 p.m. Classes are non-denominational, i.e. we are not using the class as a tool to ...convert you to Lutheranism or entice you to become a member of our congregation. The cost is $65 per person, and $80 per couple. You may register online by going to www.lutheranchurchcharities.org and then click on the Word Among Us Bible Studies icon or you may register and pay the fees at the church. Please feel free to come for the first few sessions and check things out; if it seems like something you want to continue then you may resister.
